Abengoa Says New Ethanol Plants to Run in 2010
Spain's Abengoa Bioenergy expects three new ethanol plants to come on line at the beginning of 2010, according to Forexyard.com. The plants would boost Abengoa's global ethanol production capacity to about 2.6 billion liters, or nearly 687 million gallons. The company is building ethanol plants in Illinois and Indiana, and one in Rotterdam.
