A hydrogen "Manhattan Project" for energy is needed to accelerate the transition to a hydrogen economy and ensure that this vision becomes a reality within the next 10 years. There is no need to wait 20 to 40 years to achieve the hydrogen economy vision and eliminate America's addiction to oil.
